Winner of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2009.

He runs ‘Intuitions by J’ in Cannes. Despite his young age, he has won the world cup twice. Since 2012, he has run ‘Intuitions by J’, located in the exclusive #French Riviera.

His stalwarts have even used the words ‘nirvana’, ‘high art’ and ‘orgasm’ when tasting his creations.

Since the age of 4, Jerome has always wanted to be a pastry chef. Born in a family where the taste of cooking and good things are very present, he is passionate immediately for the pastry and the creativity that results. He enjoys the associations of perfumes, the play of textures, shapes, colors ... the unlimited wealth of gluttony!

Originally from Lyon, he made his apprenticeship: BEP, BAC PRO and BTM at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie. He made his debut next to a big name, Sébastien Bouillet, Relais Desserts International. Wanting to progress with his idol, Jerome then gave himself the means to integrate the brigade of Christophe Michalak Plaza Athénée.

From competition to competition, Jerome proves that he loves the challenge and that it succeeds him since he won the World of Sweet Arts in 2007, and realizes his dream in 2009, becoming the youngest World Champion of Pastry at just 23 years old.

After 5 years at the Plaza, he left his position as sous chef in April 2011 and set himself a new challenge by moving to Cannes, then Monaco and Polygone Riviera to create the "Intuitions" bakery, an expression of his generosity. .

Gluttony is a source of inexhaustible happiness! That is his motto.
